Following the design concept phase, the conceptual ideas of the project must now begin to take real form. We make sure that the initial ideas are achievable in the final product. We work together with the client, consultants and nominated builder to finalise the design direction.

Studio Hiyaku is well connected with local and international suppliers of high quality materials. Our office houses a material display library and we invite and encourage the client’s to come in and get hands on with the physical material. We keep updated with the newest materials in the market.

With our vast experience on local and interstate building applications, Studio Hiyaku offers all design related documentation. This includes Complying Development Certificate documentation, Development Application documentation and interior joinery documentation.

We take the construction process very seriously and always aim to achieve the desired result expected by the client. With constant communication and on-site checks, we aim to minimise building and detailing errors in the construction process.
